　　《世界建筑》期刊简介：

　　《世界建筑》(月刊)自1980年创刊，由清华大学主办。

　　办刊宗旨：

　　《世界建筑》本着借鉴西方经验，了解世界建筑发展状况，挖掘普遍规律，探索我国建筑创作之路的宗旨，源源不断地介绍国外建筑的新思想、新理论、新作品和新技术，为促进中国对世界其他国家和地区建筑的认识和研究，繁荣我国建筑创作，做出了巨大的贡献。随着我国改革开放的不断深入和中国建筑的巨大变化，《世界建筑》顺应潮流，把关注的目光也更多地投入到了中国建筑，给《世界建筑》注入了新的活力。作为国家一级杂志和建筑科学类核心期刊的《世界建筑》, 不仅是中国建筑界了解世界建筑动态的一个窗口，也架设了一座联络世界建筑和中国建筑发展的桥梁，成为一个促进建筑文化交流的广阔平台。

　　World Construction and the Editor-in-chief,invite all authors to submit their manuscripts to our newly launched journal, World Construction(WC), for peer review.

　　WC is an open access journal that allows immediate visibility and access for research outputs as well as free usage of researchers’ results. As the Journal is entitled World Construction, some relevant topics include but are not limited to:

　　Computer Software in Construction;Concrete Mix Design;Construction Equipment;Construction Finance and Economics;Construction Project Management;Contracts and Construction Law;Cost Control;Design of Temporary Structures;International Construction;Labor Issues;Quality Assurance and Quality Control;Resource Management;Safety Engineering;Specialty Construction;Sustainable Construction;Architectural Mechanics;Building materials science;Environment & Agriculture;History of Architecture;Urban Planning and Development

　　The journal is well-defined in rendering support to authors, including how:

　　●Authors may maintain their copyright.;

　　●The articles can be shared, re-used, and archived without cost.;

　　●Being consistent with important open access guidelines, the Journal is a compelling addition to the latest archiving procedures.;

　　●Immediate processing refers to publication in minimum time. All editorial and publication work are directed towards high-quality results.

　　Authors should adhere to basic requirements, including word count. All manuscripts will go through rigorous peer-reviews. Each manuscript will be reviewed by two academically qualified reviewers from the Editorial Board or from external links, and the Editor-in-Chief. To keep the Journal wide in scope and unrestrictive, we will generally be accepting manuscripts from different countries and from different authors.The decision regarding the outcome of manuscripts for publication will be determined by the Editor-in-chief.

　　All operational outcomes will be performed by the dedicated editorial office to meet high degrees of efficiency and proper deadline administration. Hence, the author can follow through all necessary tasks promptly.
