An international peer-reviewed journal published under the auspices of the Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences and financed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. Published since 1976 (by 1999 under the title Zahradnictví)The journal is administered by an international Managing Thematic scopeThe journal publishes results of basic and applied research from all areas of horticulture – fruit growing, vegetable growing, viniculture, floriculture, medicinal plants, ornamental gardening, garden and landscape architecture. The main concern is on plants growing under the conditions of moderate temperate zone. Original scientific papers, short communications and review articles are published in the journal. Papers are published in English (British spelling).

由捷克农业科学院主办并由捷克共和国农业部资助的一份国际同行评议期刊。出版于1976年(1999年，书名为Zahradnictvi)该杂志由一位国际管理人员管理主题范围该杂志发表了来自园艺各个领域的基础和应用研究成果——水果种植、蔬菜种植、葡萄栽培、花卉栽培、药用植物、观赏园艺、园林和景观建筑。主要关注的是在中温带条件下生长的植物。原始的科学论文，简短的交流和评论文章发表在杂志上。论文以英文(英式拼写)发表。
